Dolphin Parking can provide this service by providing optimal service over a remote control system, help desk and local service. The system will be completely monitored and can be operated from a distance. If a problem rises, the system can be controlled by hand from our control centre. A help desk is able to support users in case of a lost ticket for example. For mechanical problems Dolphin Parking will train local maintenance engineers who have a short response time.
